The Seller is responsible for creating the Sales Agreement, Seller's disclosure, Lead Based paint disclosure, and Preperation of a new deed.  At Terrana Law, P.C., we can efficiently help you sell your property, and make the experience as hastle free as possible.

         We do not charge a percentage of the sales price as our fee.  We charge a flat rate for all homes and businesses.
